Grade and Material: P-110 is a specific grade of casing material made of a high-strength, heat-treated alloy steel. The steel composition is designed to provide excellent mechanical properties, including high tensile strength and toughness, making it suitable for challenging downhole conditions.

Mechanical Properties: P-110 casing has a minimum yield strength of 110,000 pounds per square inch (psi) and a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 125,000 psi. Yield strength represents the stress at which the material begins to deform plastically, while ultimate tensile strength is the maximum stress the material can withstand before failure.

API Specification: P-110 casing meets the specifications set by the American Petroleum Institute (API) in API 5CT. API 5CT is the industry standard for casing and tubing used in oil and gas wells. Compliance with this standard ensures that the casing meets the necessary requirements for use in oil and gas operations.
