Trailer Mounted Coiled Tubing Unit Description

The coiled tubing unit described below consists of a five (5)-axle reel trailer, control cabin / power pack, tubing reel, injector power hose reel, injector/BOP control hose reels, and an HR-6100 injector mount on a hydraulic tilt stand on the trailer deck.

The trailer and injector are certified pre-owned components.

Customer will supply the tractor to pull the reel trailer assembly. Trailer deck space is available for Customer’s BOP stack / stand. Customer’s stripper will attach to the injector’s stripper adapter.

The unit is designed to operate in maximum temperature of 50˚C (122˚F).

• Pulling tractor, tubing, DAS, and wellhead equipment is not included with this specification, Customer’s pulling tractor distance from fifth wheel to end of frame must not exceed 83in (2.11 M). Fifth wheel’s rated capacity should be minimum 70,000 Lb (31,752 Kg).
• Six (6) months warranty is provided with the unit
