Offshore CT Unit Details

CT CONSOLE

• Hydra Rig Offshore console
• Dimensions: 17ft long x 8ft 6in wide x 9ft 3in tall
• Weight (approximately): 15,000 lbs.
• Rear entry cabin with large cabin.
• Injector control and BOP control hose reels mounted in front of console
• Unit will be blasted and painted and refurbed with new hoses and recertified gauges
• Unit frame will be full load tested and followed by MPI inspection of critical welds and padeyes
• Unit will be painted to customer’s paint specification

CT POWER UNIT

• Engine: Remanufactured Detroit Series 60 engine with 0 Hrs. since rebuild. 665 hp Tier Three electronic engine package
• New radiator and Charge air cooler
• 6in Exhaust system to be wrapped with 1in thick insolation. Turbo and spark arresting muffler
• Five 10 gallon rebuilt accumulator bottles
• One 2.5 gallon accumulator for priority reserve.
• 200 gallon hydraulic tank, 200 gallon fuel tank
• Two Coponcoated hydraulic coolers
• Dimensions: 11ft 6in long x 8ft 6in wide x 9ft 3in tall
• Weight: 15,000 lbs.
• 12vDC starter and electrical system.(Air starter can be installed)
• 30 gallon air reservoir with air compressor mounted on engine and air dryer
• Unit frame will be full load tested and followed by MPI inspection of critical welds and pad eyes

• Swivel mounted between injector adapter box and pack-off for easy centering
• Unit will be torn down inspected and new seals installed

CT REEL

• S&S reel
• Completely rebuilt
• Will be painted to customer’s paint specification
• Full load tested and MPI of unit and spreader bar assembly
• 15k reel swivel that has been inspected and rebuilt with new seal kit
• Chain driven by gear box, brake, and motor assembly
• Will hold 27,00 feet of 1.75in coiled tubing.
