Designed for ease of maintenance and for operating pressures up to 5,000 psi, Hydra Rig™ power packs are ideally suited to complement our control cabins, injector heads, tubing reels, and pressure control equipment.

We currently have soundproofed, open-framed, and CE-marked safe area and rig safe open-framed coiled tubing power pack designs available.

Soundproofed Power Pack

Our soundproofed power packs are ideally suited for the demanding offshore environment in which regulations and specifications exist for soundproofed equipment to 83 or 80 dba (NORSOK). The containerized equipment style ensures that operations in harsh environments allow the container shell to protect the internal equipment from corrosion during transport and operation while also providing the operator with low noise level areas to work in. Our power pack solutions come complete with the latest emission-compliant electronic engine packages to ensure that local emission regulations are followed.

Open-frame Power Pack

Our open-frame power packs are lightweight, cost-effective solutions for when soundproofed equipment is not necessary.

CE-marked Safe Area and Rig-safe Open-framed Power Pack

Our CE-marked safe area and rig-safe open-framed coiled tubing power packs provide the same functionality as the open-framed coiled tubing power pack; however, they do not have a Zone II gas cooler package and are not rated for ATEX – Zone II operations.

Two units available. Units were previously owned by a major service company, worked in the Gulf of Mexico. They have been brought out of service and are being sold as is or we can refurbish them for you. Below are the details. They were properly cared for while operating but were brought out of service because the parent company replaced them with brand new units.

Includes a compact control cabin/power pack with the hoses. They do not include an injector head, stripper, ct reel, etc.

We can offer 2 options:

• Buy units as is
• We will manage the refurb with Serva. They have completed 4 refurbs for our customers.

Units are shipped to Serva, they will do an inspection, and provide a report for the work needed. This is normally around $5k-$7K.

Once the customer reviews the report and proposal, they can pick and choose what they want done on them.

This assures they pay for what they need/want

Pricing for the units as is: $215K

In my experience, the units will require:

• All new hoses
• Check hydraulic pumps, redress
• Check test engine
• Paint
• Acquisition system (we can assist with that)
• Cost for the refurbishment would be approximately $260-275K.
