Sawyer Industries has developed and maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) along with a Quality Management System Manual (QMSM).

As part of the QMS, Sawyer Industries has implemented Inspection and Testing Protocols to ensure that our customers are receiving quality products that are reliable and durable.

Inspection begins at the very start of fabrication as raw materials are checked and inventory is properly stored and allocated. During the fabrication process, a series of In-Process Inspections take place. We also test the cure of each tank shell with a Barcol Hardness Test. Prior to certification for shipping,each tank undergoes a hydrostatic test to check for any leaks. No tank leaves our facility if it has not met our quality standards.

To further enhance our commitment to quality, Sawyer Industries has implemented and adopted a Quality Policy. The Quality Policy is designed to grow a Quality First culture within our fabrication facility.
